We are not liable for the conduct, services, availability, or performance of any third-party provider listed on our platform. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of any kennel you contact. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to £100.
All content and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of kennel listings, nor the availability, quality, safety, or suitability of services advertised.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including spamming kennel providers or submitting false enquiries. We reserve the right to block users who misuse the service.
We also reserve the right to remove or edit any listings that we deem to be unlawful, abusive, inappropriate, or incorrect. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
