In addition to the above, we collect the following types of personal data about kennel and dog boarding providers:

  • Communication Data: Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
  • Business Data: Business name and address. Information about your services, availability, pricing and policies
  • Media Data: Photos and media the provider uploads
  • Review Data: Reviews and responses to customer enquiries

When the data on kennels and dog boarding providers is collected from public sources, we aim to inform all kennels whose data we have on our website as early as possible, and within one month of collection. For kennel and dog boarding providers who use our website, we also collect the normal personal data we collect on users, described above.

  • Supabase: Authentication and database (UK/EU storage preferred)
  • Resend: Email transmission for enquiries
  • Vercel: Hosting provider (IP address via access logs)
  • CookieYes: Consent management
  • Information provided by kennel operators (e.g. business name, service details, contact info) may be displayed publicly on our platform and shared with users browsing or enquiring about services.
  • We share users' emails, Booking data, and Enquiry data with third-party dog boarding providers to whom they submit enquiries.
  • We may share anonymised data about out platform with third parties such as potential investors and partner organisations.
  • We may share information with third-party service providers for analytics, marketing, and advertising purposes (only with your consent).
  • We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.

Some data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
